My name is Karen and I provide counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am experienced in helping clients who have experienced difficulties with :

I am qualified to work with Young People.
My practice is within easy reach of Shepshed, Loughborough, Ashby and Coalville.
I also offer supervision to qualified therapists. Additionally I offer Pastoral Supervision to groups and individuals as a member of APSE. Please contact me for further information.
