Your decision to look for counselling is the first step in helping you to move forward with whatever issue or difficulty that has prompted you to look for a counsellor at this time. I work with people with a whole range of issues and would like the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your needs.
I am a Person-Centred and Experiential therapist with a particular interest in childhood trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity and spirituality. I have experience of both short and long term work including issues relating to workplace stress and mental health.
I have completed additional training to enable me to work with young people (11 to 18 years).
Currently I am working either face to face or remotely via Zoom (or similar). I normally see clients from my therapy room at home in Shepshed, Leicestershire.
Now also offering supervision and pastoral supervision.
